The Korean age calculator takes your date of birth and computes both your international age ("man nai"), the global standard, and your "year age" (used in a few remaining laws), along with the days remaining until your next birthday.
International age vs. year age
International age only increases once your birthday has passed — the global standard method. Year age is simply (current year − birth year), regardless of whether your birthday has passed, and it's still used in a handful of Korean laws such as military service and youth protection statutes.
